To strengthen our fast-growing team, we are seeking a Hydrogen Sales Manager
The Hydrogen Sales Manager will report to Senior Vice President Global Sales and become part of the commercial team in the company.
We are looking for a technical and commercially driven person who can support customers with their journey towards using green hydrogen. The person we are looking for has interests in the transport market (people and goods on rail, sea and on and off-roads) and other energy intensive industries. The position includes responsibility for giving advice related to the supply chain and required hardware for end users of hydrogen. The successful candidate will be given responsibility for owning relations with future customers and will be promoting a product that is just about to become commercially available.

- be keen and fast learner of applications for the use of hydrogen;
- investigate and develop new solutions for future hydrogen supply chains and the hydrogen economy;
- enjoy building relationships with leaders in the energy intensive businesses.
Job description
- Lead the development and implementation of solutions (technical and commercial) for the sales of hydrogen.
- Maintain close contact with the market development.
- Customer responsibility for given segments of customers.
- Follow up important technology suppliers and developers.
- Some business travel within Europe (10-20%) must be expected.
Education and desired skills
- Master’s degree; commercial or technical.
- Minimum five years of relevant work experience.
- Experience from the maritime industry is an advantage.
- Technical interest and sufficient background to lead technical discussions.
- Efficient in communication and interaction with people.
- Commercial and analytical mindset.
- Fluent in written and oral English and Norwegian.
