Project Manager Hydrogen Storage Container (HSC)
To strengthen our fast-growing team, we are seeking a Project Manager for the Hydrogen Storage Container-project (HSC-project)
We are strengthening our team and are searching for new colleagues who can take responsibility for executing and managing defined projects according to goals and objectives, inclusive procurement and contracting. As a Project Manager you will support and work on behalf of the EVP Project Development in projects, applications, calculations and technology presentations. You will ensure commitment to company results and objectives and follow up and drive the HSC production project. The Project Manager HSC will report to the EVP Project Development and become part of a creative competence environment in the company..
Job description
- Act as single point of contact towards the contractor.
- During production; plan and co-ordinate all QC/QA activities and personnel.
- Accountable for promoting HSEQ and quality mindset as well as commercial awareness.
- Responsible for deliveries in accordance with contractual requirements and specifications, in compliance with company policies, schedules and budget.
- Be Company’s responsible for technical interfaces between the production of the HSC container fleet, the hydrogen production plant, the container vessel and the filling and logistics operations at site.
- Responsible for project scope of work/supply, schedules and financial results.
- Daily project follow-up, progress and cost monitoring, forecasting and reporting.
- Ensure commitment to Company results and objectives.

Education and desired skills
- Bachelor or Master’s degree, engineering or equivalent education .
- Cross-disciplinary background capable of following up multiple issues with the vendor and towards the other projects in the company.
- Ability to plan and execute a project with production of up to 500 HSC containers.
- Hands-on skills and mindset.
- Strong team player with excellent analytical, organizational and communicative skills and ability to work under pressure.
- Fluent in English and a Scandinavian language, both verbally and written
- Understand the big picture around climate and environment
